ScanEh.ca provides product-origin information and third-party promotional offers. Records may be incomplete or outdated. A barcode prefix does not by itself establish where a product was manufactured. Verify packaging and coupon terms before relying on any result.

You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and not automate, scrape, duplicate, resell, or fraudulently redeem offers. Coupons are supplied by participating businesses and may have limits, exclusions, locations, expiry dates, and available quantities.

Partners confirm they are authorized to represent the listed organization and have rights to submitted product and coupon material. Partners are responsible for offer accuracy, inventory, legal disclosures, honouring valid redemptions, and compliance with advertising, competition, consumer-protection, and anti-spam law.

Necessary operational events are processed to deliver and secure the service. Optional behavioural marketing analytics are governed by the Privacy Notice and the consent choices presented to users. Registration does not waive privacy rights or authorize unreasonable data use.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or record accuracy. ScanEh.ca is not the seller of advertised products and is not responsible for a partner’s product, pricing, inventory, or refusal of an invalid or expired coupon.
